Itinerary Overview

Day 1. Welcome to Tanzania

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International airport and transfer to a Hotel in Arusha. This day I will advise you to be faster getting out of the plane at JRO and get to the line for visa or stamp your visa and pick your luggage before getting out. It normally takes longer for people to get out because of long queue for visa and stamp your passport. You will see our driver with the sign reading “WALKING TANZANIA” to meet you.

Day 2. Arusha National Park

After breakfast, drive to Arusha National Park. After making the park payment, meet with an armed ranger and begin a guided walk in the park, enjoying the rich flora and fauna. After the walk, continue with a game drive for more wildlife viewing. Lunch will be enjoyed at the Momella Lake picnic site. In the late afternoon, return to the gate and drive back to the hotel

Day 3. Tarangire National Park

After breakfast drive to Tarangire national park for game drive with packed lunches. Late evening drive to Karatu at Eileens Tress Inn for dinner and overnight. F/B

Day 4. Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast descend into the crater floor for a half day crater tour with packed lunches. Late afternoon drive to lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5. Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast drive to Serengeti National Park, game viewing en route with packed lunches.Late evening drive to lodge for dinner and overnight. F/B

Day 6. Serengeti National to Arusha

After an early breakfast game viewing en route with packed lunches. Late afternoon, drive to Arusha. H/B

Day 7. Departure or Fly to Zanzibar

You are taken to the airport to fly Home to Zanzibar. This will all depend on your schedule and anything can be arranged through WALKING TANZANIA.
